Solid State Storage Technology Company (SSSTC) was awarded the highest honor in Taiwan's human resources field, the "National Talent Development Award," in December 2023. 

Along with ASE Group and Taiwan Applied Materials, SSSTC was jointly honored with the "Large Enterprise Award.

SSSTC, the company with the longest history in Taiwan's storage device industry, emphasizes sustainable development of both business and talent in its management philosophy and vision. Despite the changing economic landscape and electronic industry, SSSTC has continued to achieve excellent business performance through its continuously refined operational thinking and talent development strategies. The company has been recognized for many years by HR Asia (Asia's Best Employer Award, Digital Transformation Award), TCSA (Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Award-Talent Development Leadership Award), and the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Award for its achievements in talent development.

This year, after a rigorous preliminary review and on-site reexamination by the Ministry of Labor's "National Talent Development Award" judging panel, SSSTC stood out from 106 competing enterprises. The panel credited the award to the company's successful transformation from a traditional optical disc drive manufacturer to a modern NAND flash memory solid-state drive manufacturer. SSSTC facilitated this transformation through job rotation and on-the-job training, helping employees upgrade their skills and retaining core professionals. 

They implemented elite talent development and training programs, utilizing diverse learning resources and talent cultivation projects.
