Solid State Storage Technology's Implementation of ESG at Family Day Picnic
Providing free booths for social welfare groups, and inviting our employees to participate for charity
ESG has become an important trend in recent years. For companies to integrate ESG into their corporate culture requires a long-term collection and transformation process to allow the ideas to sink into the corporate DNA. Solid State Storage Technology recently held a family day picnic concert at Pushin Ranch in Taoyuan to encourage employees and their families to participate in charitable efforts and ingrain ESG principles at the same time provide enjoyment to all participants.
Under the leadership of Chairman Charlie Tseng, Solid State Storage Technology held a family day event called "Solid State Storage ∞ Love Picnic Party". This allowed for a day of fun for employees and their families and a chance for public welfare organizations to showcase and sell their goods

Solid State Storage Technology, a subsidiary of the KIOXIA Corporation, specializes in the development and manufacturing of data storage products. In order to fulfill the responsibility of global citizenship and achieve sustainable management, SSSTC has set up an ESG team to devote resources to environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance activities, and plan efforts to save energy and reduce emission, build community, care for school children in remote areas, improve regulations and provide information transparency.
At the company picnic on May 6th, SSSTC pledged its corporate sustainability ESG efforts, encouraging employees to move towards sustainable management goals. Free booths were provided for social welfare organizations. PWSA Taiwan and the Children Are Us Foundation were invited to showcase their products. In addition, the Aboriginal Choir from Nantou Tannan Elementary School and the harp hunter Li Chieh-Yin's Music Touring Group for the Rural Area performed on stage. SSSTC employees and family members took part in public welfare at the same time enjoyed the concert and experienced the beauty of traditional Taiwanese culture.
SSSTC Chairman Charlie Tseng said that through this event, he hopes all employees and their families understand more about the corporate sustainability goals, promote social development and support the sustainable development of the company through participation in charitable activities.
