Upon receiving this award, the Chairman and CEO of Solid State Storage Technology Corporation (SSSTC), Mr. Charlie Tseng, stated: "Following our win in 2021, I am delighted and honored that we have been awarded theBest Companies to Work for in Asia again in 2022. Talent has always been the most crucial cornerstone and foundation of our sustainable operations. Nurturing and developing talent are our primary focus. In 2022, we also initiated activities related to ESG, focusing on sustainable development and community regeneration.

For many years, we have been dedicated to the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of our products. In 2020, we became a subsidiary of the KIOXIA Group. By combining the core competencies of both companies, SSSTC specializes in everything from the manufacturing of granules to the production and sales of solid-state drives. Talent has always been the most crucial aspect of our operations, receiving our highest level of attention. In fact, it is part of our company's vision for employees to view the company as their second home. Therefore, we put great emphasis on nurturing and developing our employees' talents and we deeply care about enhancing the quality of our employees' work-life balance.

We make sure employees have healthy work-life balance. We encourage our employees not to overwork, and return their home before 8 o'clock every day. A 'Family Day' is held every Wednesday, in which we encourage employees to go home and have dinner with their families. Apart from this award, we have also received recognition through many other awards, including the Silver Award for Talent Development Quality Management, Certification for Sport Enterprises, and RBA Platinum Certification.
